In order to set up a regular donation to Mustard Seed and the Helston & the Lizard Foodbank please download both our Standing Order Form and our Gift Aid Form
Once the forms have been completed, please send the Standing Order form directly to your bank, and return the Gift Aid Form to Mustard Seed.
